I still remember holding my first camera in my hands, I was very young. It was a film camera but as a kid I didn’t understand how they work. It happened more than once that the film got double exposed by accident. Whereas my parents wanted to through those photos away I saw something in them.
As I got older and had different cameras I was able to explore the different settings as well as different editing styles in Photoshop and similar programs.
I still love experimenting with what’s in front of the lens and how to capture it best.
For a long time I was fascinated by landscape and street photography only – to be honest I always had (and still have) a huge respect for portrait photography – but currently I’m expanding my portfolio and gaining more experience in this photography style as well.
